At Team G Training, we specialize in Powerlifting Coaching that is customized to your individual needs. We believe in a hands-on approach, with daily communication and support to help you reach your goals. Our coaches will help you improve your technique and form, as well as provide competition prep to help you perform your best on the big day.

What does Coaching entail?

Communication

Prior to joining our Team, we have an initial meeting to discuss your short-term/long-term goals, current training habits and to see if we would be a good fit.

Coaching under Team G includes week to week programming with weekly feedback and check-ins to discuss progress, form and technique review, and to answer any questions or concerns.

Competition Services

Team G will prepare you for your upcoming competition. This will include developmental blocks, peaking blocks, taper week programming, attempt selection and meet day breakdown. We have coached both experienced competitors and first-time competitors. Regardless of where you are in your journey, we will make sure you're primed and confident in your abilities come meet day.

Other Services

In addition to the programming side, we assist in nutritional guidance, cardio tracking, and weight loss/gain strategies.

The most valuable resource we offer however is a support system. Team G has a solid team of Coaches and other Athletes who welcome you into the family and are here to support you and keep you accountable to your goals and progress.
